A 4-week journey, specifically targeted at the reducing carbohydrates & inflammatory foods - A transition period. We can cater for 5, 6 or 7 days, the choice is yours.
After completing this, move up to our other plans and incorporate 16hr fasting periods for added benefits and results.
You will get 3 meals per day and 1 snack.
